The ceramic burrs grind evenly every single time—no more powdery fines or jittery chunks in my pour-over. The handle turns smoothly enough that I don’t even miss my electric grinder in the morning.

The ceramic burrs give a nice, consistent grind for my morning pour-over. It's a solid little mill overall, though the handle can stick a bit if you really crank it fast.

I’ve been using this mill for a few weeks now, and the ceramic burrs definitely give a consistent grind that my old blade grinder couldn’t. The handle works smoothly, though it takes a bit longer than I expected for a full batch of beans. Still a great upgrade for my morning routine.
