حبوب بن كولومبيان سوبريمو (خام، غير محمصة) - 908 جرام

These beans carry a heavy body that really comes through in a French press, and the nutty profile stays balanced without any sharp bite. My second roast at a medium level gave a smooth, satisfying cup that’s become my morning standard.

First batch I roasted to a full city and the body was exactly as described — heavy and smooth. The nutty notes came through beautifully in my French press. Definitely ordering another bag for my next roast day.

Roasted a batch to city+ and got that smooth, balanced nuttiness with a nice heavy body—perfect for my morning pour-over. The beans were remarkably clean with very few defects, which made the whole process effortless.
