The resulting moka coffee also makes an excellent base for lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites—simply add heated, frothed milk (using a frother or even a cafetiere).

The Moka Express works perfectly on gas and electric hobs. For induction stovetops, you will need either a compatible Bialetti induction model or an induction adapter plate. This allows you to continue using your favourite aluminium moka pot regardless of hob type.
