Made from a variety of coffees sourced from several smallholders in the Kiambu appellation, this coffee is produced in a traditional double washed Kenyan fashion by passing the coffee through two stages of wet fermentation. The coffee is then sun dried on raised beds, which contributes to its clarity and complexity.
