Manual Grinding Precision
Hand grinding allows complete control over the grinding process while eliminating the need for electricity. The smooth crank mechanism and conical burr system are designed to produce a consistent grind size, helping to achieve more even extraction during brewing.
The stainless steel cone grinder offers a gradual adjustment of the grinding degree in 48 steps - from very fine to coarse. As up to 25g of beans per grinding process can be filled directly into the grinder and collected again directly under the grinder by the removable flour container, there is practically no dead space.
