The estates' rich volcanic soil, combined with ideal altitude and a relatively flat acreage, create excellent conditions for growing these fine Arabica beans, which are 'micro-roasted' to ensure freshness. Panama La Torcaza is a medium strength coffee that is delightfully rich, with delicate floral notes and a sweet aftertaste, so you can enjoy it in all your favourite filter coffees, or as full bodied espressos.
