The bag arrived sealed tight and the beans are consistent in size, which made my first roasting batch surprisingly even. I’ve only done two batches so far, but the fact they’re raw means I can control the roast exactly how I like it.

These beans look fantastic — uniform size and almost no broken pieces in the bag. I'm roasting a small batch right now and the raw aroma is surprisingly sweet and grassy. Can't wait to taste the first cup.

The beans have a clean, earthy smell that makes me excited to roast them myself. I've already tried a small batch in my popcorn popper and the result was a smooth, mild cup.
