Roasted a batch in my popcorn popper and the body came out perfect for my morning cafetiere — rich and heavy without any bitterness. The beans were uniform and clean, no chaff issues at all. This is exactly the versatility I needed for switching between filter and espresso.

I've been buying raw beans to roast at home for years, and these Dark Colombian greens are consistently uniform with almost no defects. They roast up beautifully for a full-bodied espresso that rivals what I used to get from my local café.

Finally got around to roasting these and the raw beans had a really clean, uniform look. Made an espresso that had a nice thick crema and a smooth finish. Definitely grabbing another bag for my filter brews.
