De'Longhi La Specialista Arte EC9155.MB 全自動咖啡機器 豆到杯 - 銀色

I was worried the manual steam wand would take practice, but the shot timer and the pressure gauge make it surprisingly easy to dial in a rich espresso on my first try. The milk texture came out silky for a flat white, and the whole thing feels solid on the counter.

I finally dialed in the perfect grind with the manual dose adjustment, and the espresso shots are so much richer than my old machine could ever produce. The steam wand gives me proper microfoam for latte art without any guesswork.

The dual heating system is a game-changer—first coffee comes out at the perfect temperature every time. I’ve been experimenting with different beans and the conical burr grinder really lets me dial in the flavor. Cleanup is surprisingly easy so far.
