Gaggia Carezza Deluxe 濃縮咖啡機

I was surprised how evenly the water distributes through the grounds during pre-infusion, making each shot taste more balanced. The steam wand also heats milk quickly without scalding it, which was a pleasant upgrade from my old machine.

I've been pulling shots every morning for two weeks now, and the steam wand froths milk to a silky microfoam that rivals my local café. The manual lever gives me total control over the pressure, making each espresso feel like a craft project.

The pre-infusion function does help with more even extraction, but I’ve found the steam wand takes a bit longer than I’d like to get a good froth. For the price, it’s a decent entry point into manual espresso, though not without its quirks.
