The first batch I roasted filled the kitchen with that classic wine-like aroma right out of the gate. These beans are consistently sized, so my roast came out even from edge to edge, and the fruity, spicy cup matches the Ethiopian legend perfectly.

These beans smell so unique—earthy with a hint of fruitiness before they even hit the roaster. I've been experimenting with lighter roasts and the spice and wine notes really come through in the cup. Great value for the size of the bag too.

I bought these to try roasting at home and the fruity, wine-like aroma during roasting was incredible. The beans are raw and unroasted, just as described, and the 908g bag gives plenty to experiment with. Already planning my next batch.
