The deep red color it steeps is gorgeous, and the mix of hibiscus and elderberries gives it a naturally sweet tartness that’s perfect over ice. I've been making a pitcher every morning since it arrived.

I was really impressed by how the dried elderberries and currants give this tisane such a deep, rich color without any artificial dyes. It makes a fantastic iced tea that doesn't need sweetener to taste good.

I've been making pitchers of this for hot afternoons and the hibiscus gives it just enough tartness to be refreshing without needing sugar. The elderberries come through nicely too.
