Roasted a small batch to city plus and the fruity notes really came through in my pour-over, sweet and clean without any bitterness. The beans are uniform and fresh, which made dialing in my grind much easier than with other greens I've tried. I'll be ordering another bag before this one runs out.

Pulled out a 400g batch for my morning filter brew and the light sweetness really shines through — medium body without any bitterness. These raw beans look clean and uniform, which made roasting a breeze.
