The 908g bag feels hefty, and the beans arrived with an even, clean roast level that I appreciate. Brewing them as a pour-over gave a sweet, aromatic cup that’s a bit brighter than I expected from the Blue Mountain name.

I was curious how the Jamaican heritage would affect the flavor, and the beans smell incredibly sweet even before roasting. They're also a consistent size, which made the first batch roast evenly. Can't wait to taste the cup.

First roast attempt with these and the natural sweetness came through exactly as promised—the beans are dense and clean, no off-smells. 908g is a solid amount for the price, and I’m already planning my next batch.
