The first batch I tried had that sweet, lingering aftertaste mentioned in the description—very balanced for a raw bean. It's a pleasure to watch them transform in the roaster, and they smell fantastic while doing so.

Home roasting these was a joy—the beans came out with that sweet, lingering finish the description promises, and the balanced acidity made every cup smooth without any harsh bite. I've already ordered a second bag, they're that good.

These green beans have a really clean, sweet smell in the bag that I didn't expect from raw coffee. I roasted a small batch to a light city roast and the balanced acidity and smooth finish came through just like the description said.
