I was really impressed by how the dried elderberries and currants give this tisane such a deep, rich color without any artificial dyes. It makes a fantastic iced tea that doesn't need sweetener to taste good.

I've been making pitchers of this for hot afternoons and the hibiscus gives it just enough tartness to be refreshing without needing sugar. The elderberries come through nicely too.

The deep ruby color is stunning, and the hibiscus and elderberry combo makes a perfect iced tea that’s not too tart. I’ve already brewed a pitcher twice this week.
