Finally found a lighter roast that doesn't sacrifice that deep, intense espresso kick — the crema is rich but there's none of that oily residue clinging to my cup. Perfect for my morning double shot, smooth enough to drink black.

Pulled my first espresso with this this morning and the crema was noticeably thicker than with my usual darker roast. The flavor is smooth without any of that bitter edge I was worried about.

The lighter roast really cuts down on the oily residue in my machine while still pulling a rich, smooth shot. This is exactly what I was hoping for in a daily espresso—clean equipment and a consistent crema.
