The malty Assam and that hint of citrus from the Ceylon really come through without any bitterness, even after it's been steeping a while. I've been drinking it all afternoon and it stays smooth to the last cup.

Finally, a morning tea that doesn't turn bitter if I get distracted and let it steep a few minutes too long. The large leaf Assam gives it a nice malty backbone, but the Ceylon keeps it light enough for afternoon refills.

The malty Assam notes really come through, but that slight citrusy edge from the Ceylon keeps it from feeling heavy. I've been sipping it from mid-morning to late afternoon and it stays smooth without ever turning bitter.
