The Assam gives it a proper backbone while the Ceylon keeps things bright, so it’s got that comforting morning cup feel but with more going on than your usual breakfast blend. Steeped it for exactly four minutes and got a smooth, malt-forward brew that didn’t turn bitter even as it cooled.

I love how the Darjeeling adds a light, floral note that makes this feel more refined than my usual breakfast tea. It’s smooth enough to drink without milk, which surprised me.
