日本煎茶綠茶

Brewed a second cup this afternoon and the smooth finish really comes through, even as it cools. That delicate balance between the grassy notes and the gentle bitterness is exactly what I look for in a daily green tea.

The grassy notes hit right away, but it's that smooth finish that keeps me coming back for a second cup. Perfect for a mid-morning break.

Finally got this sencha and the grassy notes are exactly what I was hoping for — smooth with just that tiny hint of bitterness to keep it interesting. It’s become my go-to for a quiet afternoon break.
