The dark roast gives these beans a rich, strong flavor that makes a fantastic filter coffee — I was surprised how full-bodied it turned out without being bitter. I’ve been switching between espresso and pour-over, and both come out smooth and intense. Definitely my new go-to for a bold morning cup.

Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was thick and dark, just how I like it. The rich flavor holds up even when I brew it as a drip coffee later.
